We believe that software development is a team sport. You will be part of a dynamic team working in close cooperation with other Business Analysts, Product Owners, Design and our Scrum Development teams.

Your key responsibilities will be:
- Engaging with users to understand their needs and challenges
- Translating insights into clear, value-driven user stories
- Facilitating refinement and planning with development teams
- Working closely with developers to analyze, specify, and test features
- Conducting customer validation and acceptance testing
- Providing 2nd-level product support to internal teams
- Maintaining product documentation and training guides
- Completing internal product training
Your Profile
We are looking for a skilled and curious Business Analyst with strong analytical skills, technical insight, and an eye for detail. You have the courage to navigate complex terrain and the care to ensure that nothing is overlooked. A close dialogue with customers is essential for you to understand their challenges and help us prioritize the right efforts. You will play a key role in turning customer needs into valuable solutions by bridging the gap between business and technology. You are eager to dive deep into our product, gain a thorough understanding, and build solid technical expertise.
We imagine you recognize yourself in the following:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with SaaS solutions
- Strong technical understanding and analytical mindset with a sharp eye for detail
- Experience with agile methodologies and confidence in writing clear, value-driven user stories
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written – our teams and documentation are international
- Previous experience with HR software (preferred)
- A strong desire to dive deep into our platform and become a subject-matter expert in Emply
