Operation Lead for our support team

Role and Responsibilities 

We are looking for a dedicated Operations Lead to join our Support team at Emply. In this role, your primary responsibility is to support and optimize team operations by prioritizing tasks, managing resources, and delivering outstanding customer support. As an operation lead, you will help build a strong and efficient team that continuously improves and achieves excellent results. 

About the team 

You’ll be joining a dynamic, customer-focused support team comprising yourself and five ‘Customer Relations Advisors’ who thrive on collaboration and customer satisfaction. Our team is diverse, skilled, and dedicated to providing high-quality solutions to our clients. We believe in creating a positive and fun atmosphere, where laughter and team activities are just as essential as reaching our goals. As Operations Lead, you’ll play a key role in fostering a work environment focused on motivation, learning, and mutual support. 

What We’re Looking For 

As an Operations Lead, your role will have two primary focuses: managing the day-to-day operations of the team and providing top-tier support to our customers.  

Key Responsibilities: 

  • You will oversee the daily operation and coordination of the team’s tasks and capacity, ensuring that both the team and stakeholders have a clear overview of capacity, pipeline, ongoing projects, and customer cases. 
  • Deliver exceptional support to our customers, handling complex cases and managing escalated customer inquiries. 
  • Act as a professional mentor and resource for the team, facilitating knowledge sharing within the team and across the organization to ensure access to essential information. 
  • Support the business by preparing materials, data, and reports for management and team meetings. 
  • Develop and implement standards and best practices, supervising and providing feedback to ensure guidelines are met. 
  • Collaborate with your manager to plan and execute projects and initiatives that enhance work processes, team efficiency, and outcomes. This may include identifying areas for improvement, creating action plans, monitoring progress and evaluating the results of the initiatives 

 Qualifications 

We seek a customer-focused professional with a strong problem-solving approach and a passion for HR technology. The ideal candidate will possess: 

  • An ability to maintain a high-level overview while remaining calm under pressure. 
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills. 
  • A technical aptitude, with familiarity in HR platforms (preferably Emply). 
  • Experience in project and customer management. 
  • A structured, detail-oriented mindset, with the ability to identify what truly matters among a range of options. 
  • Fluency in spoken and written Danish and English.
