Lessor Workforce is a workforce management platform focused on time and attendance and shift planning. It provides tools to register hours, plan shifts, track absence and supply accurate data for payroll. The system gives companies a clear overview of staffing and attendance in one place.

What you’ll do

  • Define and communicate the product roadmap
  • Gather insights from customers, market trends, and data to inform product decisions
  • Drive product initiatives from concept to delivery

  • Set and measure success through key metrics and continuously improve the product

Who you are

You have great passion for the Product Manager role, and you are a team player with interest and natural talent for collaboration, motivation and knowledge sharing. We expect you to have:

  • 3–5 years of experience in product management or a similar role, preferably in SaaS and the HR / workforce management domain
  • Strong understanding of agile principles and software delivery
  • Analytical, data-driven skills to track product performance and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A structured and proactive workstyle, and to be able to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
