We believe that software development is a team sport. You will be part of a dynamic product team where you will work very closely with the Product Manager and other team members. You will be responsible for your own backlog and realize it together with a dedicated Scrum Team. You will report to the Product Owner Lead and participate in a Product Owner Community of Practice with the focus on sparring and continuous development of competencies.

As the Product Owner you will: 

  • Be the Scrum Team’s primary customer advocate 
  • Be the primary link to business and technology strategy 
  • Act as primary communicator and link between stakeholders 
  • Own the product backlog and the responsibility to maintain it 
  • Prioritize the product backlog based on business value and risks   
  • Validate that the product solves the right problem  
  • Verify and accept developed features and releases  
  • Own the specification phase  
  • Have a supporting role in the ideation phase  
  • Coordinate with other Products Owners and Development teams across the product portfolio 
  • Be responsible for product performance reporting 
  • Be responsible for delivery management, launch planning and internal product onboarding 

 

We Believe You Need these Qualifications

You have great passion for the Product Owner role, and you are a team player with interest and a natural talent for collaboration and knowledge sharing. If you have also worked with HCM software, this is a great plus. In addition, we expect that you have:

  • An agile mindset and work style 
  • 5+ years experience with SaaS solutions as a Product Owner 
  • Solid understanding of software processes (from specifications to testing and deployment)
  • Talent for making solid product decisions and are comfortable addressing problem-solving on a daily basis
  • The ability to influence others and gain consensus proactively
  • Competencies within product analytics
  • Strong presentation and communication skills
  • A structured mindset
  • Good spoken and written English skills (you will need to communicate in English with colleagues and customers in several European countries)
