We are growing and are therefore looking for a dedicated and proactive Onboarding Consultant to join our team and support our customers in successfully onboarding LessorLøn. In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring a smooth, professional, and customer-centric onboarding experience.

Your Responsibilities
Your Profile
You have a strong background in payroll and a good understanding of its complexities. Experience with LessorLøn is a plus but not required. You may also have project management experience or a background in consulting, especially in onboarding or software implementation. You have a natural interest in customers, systems and IT, and how these elements come together to deliver value.
You’ll thrive in this role if you:
A valid driver’s license and access to your own car – you can expect some travel for internal and external meetings. Preferably you can work from our office in Vejle or Allerød.
Start date: September 1, 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter.
The Team
You will be joining a large and dynamic team with a wide range of experience and skills. We’re located in Allerød, Østerbro, and Vejle and work together across locations. In Solution Onboarding, we implement both Lessorløn and Emply systems. In the LessorLøn team, we’re currently 7 skilled and passionate colleagues, and we can’t wait to welcome our 8th – you! We have a strong team spirit, we support each other and share knowledge to grow together.
