Dedicated and proactive Onboarding Consultant for LessorLøn at Paychex Europe

We are growing and are therefore looking for a dedicated and proactive Onboarding Consultant to join our team and support our customers in successfully onboarding LessorLøn. In this role, you’ll be a key player in ensuring a smooth, professional, and customer-centric onboarding experience.

Your Responsibilities
- Onboarding new LessorLøn customers – onsite or online
- Configure the LessorLøn system to fit the customer's needs and processes.
- Coordinating with other systems for the customer to deliver an integrated solution.
- Independently handling onboarding projects.
- Advise and guide customers on optimal use of LessorLøn.
- Ensure positive and professional customer experience throughout the onboarding process.
Your Profile
You have a strong background in payroll and a good understanding of its complexities. Experience with LessorLøn is a plus but not required. You may also have project management experience or a background in consulting, especially in onboarding or software implementation. You have a natural interest in customers, systems and IT, and how these elements come together to deliver value.

- Are passionate about providing excellent customer experiences – and willing to go the extra mile.
- Can understand technical challenges and explain them clearly to non-technical customers
- Are curious and have sharp analytical skills.
- Are structured, proactive, and confident managing customer journeys and onboarding projects
- Are self-driven, take initiative, and work independently
- Communicate clearly and professionally – both written and verbally.
- Are fluent in Danish and English, written and spoken
A valid driver’s license and access to your own car – you can expect some travel for internal and external meetings. Preferably you can work from our office in Vejle or Allerød.
Start date: September 1, 2025, or as soon as possible thereafter.
The Team
You will be joining a large and dynamic team with a wide range of experience and skills. We’re located in Allerød, Østerbro, and Vejle and work together across locations. In Solution Onboarding, we implement both Lessorløn and Emply systems. In the LessorLøn team, we’re currently 7 skilled and passionate colleagues, and we can’t wait to welcome our 8th – you! We have a strong team spirit, we support each other and share knowledge to grow together.
