Student Assistant – Product Marketing and Product Leadership Team Support

To support this vision, we are looking for a Student Worker to take on a dual role, contributing both to our Product Marketing activities and to support our Product Leadership Team with calendar coordination, meeting bookings, etc.– you will share the latter responsibilities with another student.
You will be part of a diverse and dynamic product management team and be working closely with other teams and partners. We are informal, like to laugh and we care about each other.
The working hours are approximately 15 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate your academic commitments. You will be based in one of our offices in Østerbro or Allerød, Denmark.
Key Responsibilities
Product Marketing
- Create product demos in our interactive demo tool Storylane to support the decision-making process for prospects on our website and product releases. Monitor performance and optimize.
- Produce various educational product content pieces such as “tip of the month” videos, product blog content.
- Maintain and update content for our Sales Enablement Toolbox such as presentations, guides, competitor research, emails, localization.
- Competitor research and monitoring.
- Support production of product marketing deliverables to support our release process.
Supporting the Product Leadership Team
- Support the product leadership team with calendar coordination, meeting bookings, travel arrangements, etc. and with a good sense of relevant communication help us stay focused on this.
- Assist in organizing team events, webinars and a lot of other interesting fora and events.
- Help the team to solve both small and major tasks.
Your Profile
Most importantly, you are driven and have courage. You are ready to solve small and major tasks in a structured way with a well-developed sense of detail.
In addition, we imagine that you have:
- Finished (or close to) your bachelor’s degree and are in the first year of your master’s degree.
- Chosen studies within marketing, communications, and information.
- A keen interest in tech.
- An ability to build strong written and visual communication – you know your way around Canva or Figma and can make a PPT slide that people want to engage with.
As we have colleagues and customers in both Denmark as well as in other European countries, it is vital that you have good spoken and written English skills.
